Pontential Client of ColorQuest, I had several rooms in my home as well as the exterior of my home painted by Jay Lamb of ColorQuest. As someone that is very particular and who has experience painting myself, I can truly say that Jay is a master of his craft. He has that certain eye for detail that some painters just have or don't have. Jay definitely ''has it''. His lines are straight, his work is neat, and he has an artistic flare that he incorporates into his faux finishes. There are not many painters that have all of these qualities that still believe in bending over backwards for their customers and giving them a great value for their dollar. Jay is the perfect blend of exceptional skill with affordability. He will not leave the job until you are 110% satisfied. On top of all of this, he has a very positive personality and is a pleasure to talk to. I had never met Jay before the first day he came to do work at my home. After getting to know him I can truly call him a friend. I would recommend him to anyone who cares about the above mentioned qualities and wish him all of the best in his endeavors. We have a huge 2 story foyer with dormer windows and a loft. He did a spectacuar job painting this space. We were not sure of the color and he matched a color in our carpeting perfectly. We have a home with lots of unique wall spaces. We were unsure how to paint a huge wall in our living room that has a beautiful fireplace on that wall. We gave Jay the colors we would like and we let him get creative. He painted a beautiful faux finish wall that looks like marble. You see it as you walk into our front door. It is spectacular. Jay is a great painter. He does a great job at a very fair price. I didn't like a color he was painting so he changed it for me. He does what he says he will do every time.
